Shipping (USA)

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $45 USD. Please allow at least one week for processing and transit time from the moment you place your order until you receive your package.

We ship via the US Postal Service to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses.

Orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Please note that product labels may occasionally differ from what is shown in the product images due to packaging updates or variations. The product content and quality, however, remain the same.

a) Address Details

Please be sure to enter correct address details. In case the address entered by you is false and the order gets delivered to the wrong receiver claiming to be you, it will unfortunately be non-refundable. 

Shipping (Canada)

For Canadian orders, please allow two to three weeks for processing and transit time from order placement to delivery. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $60 CAD. For orders under $60 CAD, a shipping fee of $9.95 CAD applies. Loveltine collects any applicable taxes and duties during checkout to simplify the shipping process and prevent delays in customs.

Returns (USA)

To initiate a return, please submit your request by emailing to team@loveltine.com within 100 calendar days of your order’s arrival date by sending us the following details:

a) Return shipping is free within the United States. Please note that initial shipping costs are not refundable.

b) For health and safety reasons, opened or used serums are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of the product, please contact us within 100 days of purchase to request a refund. All refund requests are subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis.

c) Products, ideally with their original packaging, must be returned within 21 calendar days from the date the return request is initiated. If we cannot scan the product barcode, we will not be able to process the return for that item.

d) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of your return package’s arrival at our processing center.

e) You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
